A tribute to Prof. Dr. med. Beat Müller
I am infinitely grateful to Prof. Dr. med. Beat Müller, and I wish to express my thanks—in my own artistic way—for his immense dedication to my health.

I have enveloped the portrait of Prof. Dr. med. Beat Müller in a cloak of golden hieroglyphs. To me, every person carries within them an invisible script of their own life—what one might call a matrix.

I deliberately chose to let his warm smile emerge from the darkness, for kindness is the legacy a person leaves behind.

His face is modeled with warmth and realism, while the surrounding hieroglyphs cascade down to the bottom edge of the image like rain. They embody his personal history and professional journey.

I have wrapped him in golden hieroglyphs.

This work possesses both biographical depth and a reflection of his professional path.
It comprises over 8,000 hieroglyphs, which I inscribed in a meditative state. As I paint, the outside world fades away, and in the process of creation, I merge with the subject—connecting with his impact and his role in my life.

The combination of realistic intimacy and golden symbolism makes this a work that is at once distinguished and deeply personal.
